The process

Once you have completed the application, our coordinator will contact you in the first 24 hours to help you start the process.

This is to secure your surgery date and it will be deducted from the total cost of the procedure.

You will need to schedule your flight so we can organize all your transportation, our coordinator will assist you with the travel logistics, so you can find the best flights to San Diego.

This is the diet you will do weeks prior to your surgery:

1. BMI of 50 or more  5-4 weeks
2. BMI of 50 or less 2 weeks

Our driver will contact you 24-48hrs before your surgery, to verify your arrival date and time.

Once you arrive at the hospital, our patient coordinator will be there to receive you and help you fill out the hospital registration forms.

What follows after is that you will be taken to your room and have the lab test, ekg, and x-rays taken for the pre-op evaluation. Afterwards your companion will be taken to your room by a hospital assistant and doctor Venecia Hernandez will come and see you before your surgery to clear up any questions you or your companion might have.
